WEBscribe, our web-based client portal, offers full document management for your practice.  Log in from your office or home computer to edit your documents online, electronically sign your documents, print and/or securely distribute (fax) your documents.  Search for documents by date, work type, patient’s name and more.  Physicians and staff have different levels of permission to upload digital files, edit, print, fax or email your documents.  You can even provide feedback to our transcription team on each dictation.  Create your own personal address list for faxing and emailing.  Access all your documents in one easy to manage system, without the complexity and expense of an EMR.

Our services

Setting you up to use our system only takes minutes.  Choose the service that best suits your needs.

  • Regular service – returned next business day (for files dictated or uploaded by 6 pm EST)
  • Rush service – documents are returned within four hours (depending on the length of the dictation)
  • Overflow service – for those weeks when you just can’t keep up with the work load, staff are on vacation or away due to illness, we can help
  • Backlog service – eliminate your backlog of dictations so that your staff can focus on the day-to-day business of running your practice.  We can even help you with all those tapes sitting on your desk.
  • EMR integration (subject to your EMR limits and may involve a fee to develop the interface).  You can always attach a fax or cut and paste
